Monster Hunter Batch 1 Shipping Update
The moment you've all been waiting for is finally upon us and we could not be happier. Now, it's important to make the whole shipping situation clear as customers will start receiving their packages at different stages.
 
🚚 North America - Vast majority of the products, all sent by boat in a 40ft container and are currently on their way to LA Port. From there they will be taken by truck to our distribution warehouse in Ohio, ready to be shipped across the country (including Canada). Customers in NA will be receiving their shipping order requests with an accurate shipping estimation (a thing we could not do until recently due to the highly volatile shipping rates) until the end of the week. Apologies for the delay but took longer to get the shipping rates.
 
🚚 Europe - Same situation as North America, products are currently on a boat, making their way to the UK where they will be packed and shipped all over Europe. Customers in Europe have already started receiving their shipping order requests with an accurate shipping estimation (a thing we could not do until recently due to the highly volatile shipping rates).
 
🚚 Rest of the World - Given that we do not have a distribution warehouse in every continent (we'll get there hehe) we shipped these products directly from our forwarding agent. The reason we do not do this for all our customers, simply a cost-effective solution for our customers. Customers in Australia, Asia, Africa and South America will be receiving their products ahead of everyone.
 
As we do with all processes in our business, we're carefully reviewing the success of this operation and if we find that there are better and more effective ways to do it for our next batch we will change.
